Below is a list of items you will need to start or transfer services with the City of Del City.
* Housing Inspection Certificate
* Completed Application (all applicants over the age of 18 must sign application and provide a photo ID)
* Lease, Rental Agreement, and or Ownership Papers
* 2 U.S. Government Issued Identification for everyone over the age of 18 (at least 1 photo)
* $25.00 Application Fee
* Deposit of $90.00 for Owners or Military (with proper ID)
* Deposit of $120.00 for Renters or Rent to Own
** If you have had a delinquent account with the City of Del City, you will be required to pay an additional $100.00 deposit**
* Must be in by 4 P.M. to establish services
** We will not start, end or transfer services after 4 P.M. After 4 P.M. the water will not be turned on until the next business day**
